I’m in denial that it’s been a year since I was at their house doing newborn photos. I can’t believe a year went by so fast! This adorable little guy isn’t quite so little anymore &#8211; he’s turning one and he’s busy and he&#8217;s got no time to sit still and smile at the camera! But that’s totally OK, because real life is way more fun to capture. Photos are home are always one of my most favorite kinds of sessions, because I love capturing those real moments and the small things, the things that we do all the time with our kids without thinking much about it. We do the same things over and over again and one day you suddenly realize that your little one isn&#8217;t doing that anymore, because he&#8217;s moved on to the next thing. And having photos to remember those small things by is truly priceless.
So he played with his toys and jumped in his crib (and got to stand on some furniture &#8211; special treat!) and crawled under his dog and read books with Mommy and Daddy. He discovered that cake tastes awesome and got to make a big happy mess. Such a great morning with this super sweet family!
